With the start of the new year, Menrad launches its new service platform my.menrad.com!
Our customers can expect:
- A new clear and user-friendly interface.
- In addition to ordering prescription frames & sunglasses, spare parts can now also be ordered online.
- You can view your order and invoice history at „My account“.
- Easy user administration for creating and managing additional staff access.
- Repairs and enquiries about guarantees can be made in just a few steps
by uploading pictures online.
For existing Menrad customers we have already generated an account with the e-mail address known to us and registered. This only needs to be activated by generating a new password (via "forgot password" function). New Menrad customers simply register first.
